We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to test target systems
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reporting any security vulnerabilities discovered in our platform

5. Limitation of Liability

TigerStrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
